Developing Skills Biologically: use your cortex and limbic system for skill development

Each gyrus is the sub unit that delineates individual functions, and are separated by a sulcus on all sides.

Brain Mapping demonstrates this concept using various methods. Surgeons use gyri.

We can measure increases in blood flow and electrical activity within these gyri, proportional to the skill level of professional athletes, chess players, video gamers, and more. That's because we epigenetically develop ourselves, while wasting the least bodily resources: It naturally does what it should, not what ever it could.

How to Choose your Skills: a Guide to idealizing your Career and Educational Pathways.

Personalizing your life brings joy and independence, reduces cognitive dissonance, and inhibits "burnout" feelings... while compounding the results of your efforts.

Compounding Benefits

Becoming better everyday, uses energy.

It's an effortful human process. It fills your life with feelings from the tasks you undertake.

Wisely chosen, you'll love with an abundance of positively uplifting emotions.

this Choice involves:

  • Daily tasks = consistent cerebral stimulation of utilized gyri = specific capabilities give advantages where they're advantageous.
  • Skill levels increase, and there is a most improved every year!
  • Continuous Self Improvement: we use our lives to enjoy it.
  • Professional experiences
  • Expert level lifestyle = accommodate your skill use.
  • Researching and understanding regular advances in your field... as these change the requirements and results, of the competitiveness of all jobs (self employed or not).

We align multiple factors, to produce naturally stimulating results = intrinsic career satisfaction.

Intrinsic motivation is that special yearning that can only be satisfied by the actual desire.

eg: Wanting to fly a kite, because you like how it looks. You occasionally go to the park, to fly your kites: because it relaxes your eyes (+ your visual cortex).

Think Feelings:

Every single day, you do a number of tasks and activities… in a variety of places/scenarios.

These cause you to experience life a specific way, and your emotions are bound to your 1 and only life.

Your lifestyle affects your emotions, and the environments help to alter your mood... and motivational endurance.

Visualize this:

  • Every task has enjoyable parts.
  • Every role/skill has overlapping tasks.
  • Each topic choice has more or less of what you like.
  • Have more enjoyment, every 24 hours.

You should:

  1. Choose every habit, consciously.
  2. Live a Happier Life.
  3. Exponentially Improve yourself 📈

Our feelings are important!

Our mind has 3 main layers:
  1. Conscious Forebrain
  2. Subconscious Midbrain
  3. Unconscious Hindbrain

We mainly focus our conscious minds on complex higher order brain cortical functions. These functions are bound to specific folds of cerebral tissues, called gyri.

Each gyrus plays a role in the overall thoughts, behaviors, and capabilities that we hold as unique human qualities. Other animals have brains and bodies, but we definitely are God's favorite species of earthling... we can send messages across the world, and through time using the internet as a time capsule.

We can introspectively observe the feelings coupled to our subconscious mind and the memories they unveil.

Part of emotional therapy involves the use of emotion labeling, to group past experiences as:
  • Traumatic
  • Pleasurable
  • Worthwhile
  • Regrettable
  • Amazing, etc.

This makes us better prepared to assimilate and deal with new versions of thaw and issues... faster and better (the way our immune system responds after vaccinating itself).

We can directly measure our breathing rate, sweating reflex, heart rate, blood pressure, and awakeness vs sleepiness… to indirectly judge our unconsciously controlled Brainstem function.

Our brainstem are a gift from God! Focused breathing exercises actually uses part of our attention span. That's our thinking power!
If we needed to remember to breathe every 5 minutes, we humans would be forever unable to be as thoughtful... imagine no planes, less doctors, dumb teachers, and car accidents would be more common.

Our accumulated emotions, decide our energy levels. Our brain's and bodies are always craving positive emotive through stimulus, and avoiding negative emotions as quickly or efficiently as we can.

Happiness,  Amazement, and Ecstasy all allow us to feel "better" = energetic and productive dispositions result from these positive states of mind.

Plenty badness = lethargic and tired before or during or after the activity.

This is because our neurons receive impulses from our brain, which is comprised of our:
  • Cerebral cortex (visual imagination,  conscious planning skills, interpreting sounds, and other higher order brain functions).
  • Limbic system (emotions are felt: interpreted without linguistic or visual cues).
  • Brainstem (breathing and meditation exercises have proven to strengthen and improve unconscious responses).

Where do my choices go?
  • How could you enjoy spending all your time?
  • Do you want to explore, or stay home?
  • Do you want spontaneity, or the peacefulness of a predictable schedule?
  • Weather conditions affect outside environments: only indoor and internet jobs are unaffected.
  • Are you responsible for people, or allowed to be alone on demand?
These are all factors that can influence a human beings emotional, mental, physical wellbeing; thereby affecting your lifestyle maintaining abilities... these are all factors that must be considered.

Happiness is an involuntary reflex, to perceivably pleasurable stimuli. We can't tickle ourselves into a laughing fit... but neither should the wrong people be allowed to. Happiness should be planned for.

Task-Specific Experiences:

  • Environmental stimulation.
  • Interpersonal conversations.
  • Scheduling requirements.
  • Time limits and Timelines.
  • Sights.
  • Sounds.
  • Smells.
  • Geographic positioning.

Spend 10 minutes studying a new topic, in your favorite subject from school.
You'll notice:
  • You learn facts fast.
  • You remember them easily.
  • You're excited about these facts.
  • You want to know more.
  • You want to talk about it.
  • You want to use the knowledge.
  • You'll have more energized neurons!

Spend 10 minutes studying a new topic, in your least exciting subject area.
You'll notice:
  • Learning this is boring.
  • You reread sentences more often.
  • You're wondering when this is necessary.
  • You’ve checked the time. Many times.
  • You may yawn multiple times.
  • You’ll complain about doing this.

Reality is lovingly created: we all have strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes, habits and routines.
This random assortment of ideals, results in only specific situations bringing pleasure to each person.
Coupled with time and location: We have the least competition in the areas we perform best.

It's like the Olympics, the best competes within their categories... while at the worldwide Olympic Games:

The joys of your past, are personal, and can help you to success. When happy, we achieve easier results: a Strength.

Working with only strengths: Excellent!

Being paid for enjoying activities you're best at: Exhilarating!

We have more opportunities to experience novelty in everyday life, because of the exponentially increasing amount of knowledge available to us.

Why is epiGyroLimbic living excellent?
  1. Minimizes bad days.
  2. Your career feels worthwhile.
  3. You outperform those that care less.
  4. You appreciate miniature improvements = your skill level increases faster.
  5. Maximizes your career potential.
  6. Your income = cash earned per result × associated customer/client spending habits.
  7. Your continuously increasing skill levels, regularly increases your market value.
  8. You'll increase your earnings, when you expand your boundaries.
  9. You'll experience more than your predecessors at this time in their careers.
  10. More university programs = lower percentage of students are similar = reduced competition for Earth’s attention within niches.
