Proverbs 21:5
I've been reposting these enjoyable educational videos, on my social media pages for years. Some of these actually help y'all understand my lectures, while I give clients the answers + a personalized list of the  pathways (hidden/unnoticed).

Understand the characteristics of Life. It's from Biology class. We are human organisms, and are therefore bound to the biological laws of nature.  The very same nature God placed us in + made us a part of...

Our genetic codes are the tangible, but microscpic molecules that define our fundamental biological identity.
It produces the uniqueness of our fingerprints. Genetic twins share fingerprints, but not epigenetics characteristics: they behave, look, feel, and think differently.
Epigenetics influence our quality of life.
Both voluntary and involuntary experiences, affect and alter our epigenome's gene expression... therefore our functional phenotypic characteristics.

Cerebral Gyri have functions we use to interact with reality. Making many nerve cells better, doing a specific task = Gyrification.
These are tangible increases in mental capabilities, visible on functional MRI exams.

Learning is a real cerebral function. Our brain's cellular composition, can be adapted to improve our performance in specific tasks.

Neurons connect = more information flowing per second = faster thought/idea/plan completion.

Synapses link neurons, and relay biochemically coded messages... similar to binary code through fiber optic cables.
Each neuron stores data.  That's information that's relevant to the neurons of that area of your brain or body.

Myelination also helps increase our neuronal capabilities:
Messages hop from neuron to neuron using ions we digest (Na+ K+ Cl-); mylin layers cause "quicker hops" and faster thinking skills.

 Improved cerebral functions; and/or
Increased mind×muscle coordination.
Muscles also undergo epigenetic changes, to become better at contacting joints, and moving our overall bodies.

We get the biological raw materials to manufacture these neurotransmitters, and all other cellular materials, from: Food.
We chew foods into pieces, then our stomach acids make it a paste. These pastes line the intestines, and all nutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, glucose molecules are absorbed into the bloodstream... using our intestines and some digestive enzymes.
